Read if you’re feeling the pressure to be perfect!

When we look around, we often find people who seem to have it alllllll under control. We feel their life is perfect: great family, wonderful friends, a kickass job, and whatnot. But that’s where it all starts: the pressure and the want to have it all ‘perfect.’

 

While a lot of us do understand that we can’t be perfect in everything we do, we still sometimes miss out on giving ourselves the space to fail in things that we’re good at too. A bad meeting or feedback at work can really make us question it all. And this is just one of many aspects that a ‘perfectionist’ might go through.
